To get clean, pro-level stickers, your artwork needs to be set up properly before you upload. Here's what we need:
File Types: Send us AI (preferred), SVG, PDF, EPS, PSD, or PNG files. Make sure everything is flattened or outlined, no hidden layers or linked files.
Transparent Background: If you want your sticker to be cut to shape, your file needs a transparent background. If your file has a white background, we'll assume you want that printed (does not apply to vector files).
High Resolution: Your artwork should be 300 DPI at actual size. If it's pulled from a screenshot or social media, it's probably too low-res and won't print clean.
Bleed & Safe Zone: Add 1/8" bleed around your design. Keep important stuff (like text or logos) at least 1/8" inside the edge so nothing gets cut off.
Cut Lines (Optional): If you have your own cut path, send it on a separate layer or file. If not, don't worry, we'll handle the cut line for you.
Colors: Send files in RGB. We print in CMYK, so there might be a slight color shift, but we dial things in to be as tight as possible.
Fonts: Outline all your text. If we don't have your font, it could auto-swap and look off. Outlining locks it in.
Max File Size: 50MB max upload. If your file is huge, zip it or email our support team directly.
Not sure if your file is good to go? Send it in, we'll double-check your artwork before anything goes to print free of charge. We're here to make sure your stickers come out looking clean.
Sticker Finish & Border FAQ
Matte vs Gloss, What's the Difference?
Matte Finish: Smooth, non-reflective, and low-key. Gives your stickers a clean, modern look with a soft touch. Great for subtle branding or a more premium feel.
Gloss Finish: Shiny and vibrant. Colors pop and stay true. Perfect if you want your design to stand out with a little shine.
White Border vs Full Bleed, Which One Should I Pick?
White Border: Your artwork is printed with a solid white outline around the edges (usually 1/8"). It gives your sticker that classic "sticker look" and helps it stand out on any surface.
Full Bleed: Your artwork goes all the way to the edge with no white border. Clean and modern, works best if your design has a solid background or you want a seamless look.
Pro Tip: If you're not sure what works best for your design, send it to our support team and we'll point you in the right direction.
